Brand new model Sony Plasma 52"KD-L52V5810:-

Always preferred Panasonic (currently have 50" with built in Freeview) - but just looking at Sony 52" above - anyone got any ideas/opinions/experiences, etc please?:respect-055:

So do I have to assume nobody has a 50" Sony to a similar spec - or earlier?

Holmroad.
The KDL52V5810 is LCD not Plasma
It is exactly the same as the KDL52V5500/5710 but with the addition of the Freesat tuner.
It is a good set but you would be far better going for the KDL52W5810(Freesat) or W5710(freeview) which has the 100Htz processor (worth the extra money)
Hope this helps.

Will probably stick with Panasonic anyway thanx guys, as it IS a plasma and DOES do Freesat HD - all built into the actual tv!:respect-053:
