help needed sly subscription card in diablo cam uw184. card reading but not unscrambling channels. card in card reader in lower slot being read but not unscrambling

if its a diablo cam question it should be in the diablo cam section , not this forum

if the card is using a tm9100 card reader and not a cam slot , then why involve the diablo in the post ?
