were do we get the box key for new white sly card

on sky paired reciever remote goto Services and system info/ system details here you can see your viewing card number and box number the box number is what you need alternativley you can use box serial number underneath your skybox you will also need a hex converter to convert numbers to Hex you should end up with 8 Digits if you done it correctly also your boxkey should not begin with a zero .
