problem with the remote controller

i bought new AZBOX PREMIUM and i connect it
at the beggining everything was work including the remote controller
then i upgrade to new firmware version 0.9.3686
it download 97 percent and then it was stucked
i had to reconnect the cable from the electricity in order to make it works again.
then something starnge happened
the remote controller doesn't recognised by the reciever anymore
all i tried nothing helps
i tried new firmwares via internet and still same problem
i tried to connect via USB new firmware and format the data and still not working
I can't do a Factory Defaults Reset because i need to type 0000 in password and the remote controller is not working now.

by the way when i type the remote controller i see red lights on STB Power button in the Remote controller so it should be work but no respond in the reciever

when i try the buttons in the reciever everything is works there

what can I do in order to make it works again?

i tried with keyboard and did factory defaults reset and still no luck

the keyboard is working in 3686 version

in the left upper side of the display of the reciever 3 lamps are on like a triangle

Make DOM-format and flash the box new with fw 0.9.3686.

i allready did it several times and no success
i tried now to do it via usb as mention
but when i have to reset the factory default settings
i cant type 0000 cause the keyboard is not working :-(

Hello,

Please open your Azbox and check all the internal cables, especially the one that link the vfd display to the Azbox motherboard.

May be remove it and plug it again and test.

i did it and still no luck
but today i play with the buttons in the receiver and then green light occoured and then i could control the remote controller again for 10 mins
then after that again no work

clear the flash by formatting the application area, then unplug the receiver from the power outlet for a certain period of time (cca 10 hours). Important is that no electricity goes in it. After that you can plug it in again and install FW 2372 and see what happens.
