There is a lot of feed frequencies info on the web but no indication of feed transmission times.
I occasionally blind scan various sats picking up a handful of active feed frequencies.
At certain times of day are feeds more active and when? which sats etc.
I can then target my blindscanning to locate the most feed activity.

10 minutes before the main news events, keep in mind the time zones. Like in Europe GMT+1: local time news 13:00, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00.
same for main sport events.
Check the KoS website at the top of each sat location page you can download a .ini file (right click and save as: change .ini to .txt, open it with notepad at the bottom of that file you find the feed frequencies for that location marked with feed frequencies.
If you have spare sat locations, make for each location a new satellite with only the feed transponders on it, will save you time not scanning TV and Radio channels.
