what box type in rqcamd.conf should be for azbox hd? default is 0 for dreambox. there is no azbox in compatible boxes list.

It's a mystery... :D
Similar with MGcamd - it's not quite logical but it works...
It is done for AZ, so don't worry, be happy... and just use it as is... ;)

use putty,maz2.2, or whatever you like type this /EMU/OpenXCAS/rqcamd/rqcamd. you will then see rqcamd can not start properly with azbox.this is What I find at starting rqcamd :
It cannot read autoupdate file
it cannot read eeprom/rom files. raton is aware of the problem and he is looking into it. also states problem might be with azbox itself. so for now as a emu no go we will have to wait and see if anything new develops.

The same prob we have with GBox when these files are not in the folder they are supposed to be in... In the case of GBox, put them where the module is - it does open them...
Or - I presume - when it's not properly done for a modified dvbapi [see GBox or dvbapi thread]...??
But the config files in all 3, plus MGcamd tell you these aren't properly sorted for AZ HD...

It should all be in the same folder in AZ - it's the easiest of Linux receivers, it seems to me...:respect-048:
