Sounds strange but since installing 702 the progress bar showing movement between sats goes like as rocket compared with the speed it used to go.
Its hard to tell if its moving my dish faster?
Is that possible or do dishes move at their own rate?

think the only speed increase you can get is when possible to extend the dish setup and provide your main sat locations with a fixed dish and fixed lnb (multi-feed) and use the motorized dish for the lesser viewed locations. This could mean fixed dish on:
- English programs: 28.2°E and 1°W
- Europe: 28.2°E, 23.5°E, 19.2°E, 13°E 1°W
well you get the idea, my current setup:
- downstairs: 8 fixed locations and expand to 12 and maybe 16. and in future perhaps a 1.2/1.5 m motorized dish for the more exotic positions if these are in my line of sight.
- upstairs: 4 fixed locations and expand to 8 (exchange downstairs to switch upstairs)

transition is ok now, have now the 2 6900HDSuper on the 7.02p.
Only issue I can find, when using radio, perhaps terrestrial only, and switching back to TV channels audio is lost and have to switch off the receiver to get sound back. Is not a big issue for me so have not looked deeper in to this.
Before switching save your current channel list (setup) you can reload this after the full procedure, follow the procedure step by step and it should be ok. important seems the 30 seconds switch off at the back and rescanning the used satellites. perhaps avoiding memory issues?
if your viewing experience does not depend on a working C S or a working original nagravision card in the box or working seca k e y for RAI.
If you have a working null modem cable, just in case. safe way testing your null modem cable is with the clarke tech studio channel editor downloading and uploading the channel list from the Technomate.
