could not create file

1. after edit config at incubusCamd_config_editor
a) load file incubusCamd.conf from folder keys
b) add server line, then saved

2. incubusCamd_installer started
a) entered IP from PVR
b) all files successfully transferred to receiver - now boot the receiver...
c) could not create file
--> what does it mean?

are you entering the user name root with no password? also check the ipaddress of your receiver, if the receiver is set for dhcp ip address from the router it could have changed on a reboot, i've given mine a static ip for this reason.

The password for s4000 should be empty?
Or is there a possibility to change the password?

login as root with no password, if you want to add a password open telnet session with the receiver and type passwd - you will be prompted for a new password.

I still have the message "could not create file".
I have added first the line in incubusCamd_config_editor in this form:
card_server_url=cccam://username:password@csserver.com:12 000

Then I started incubusCamd_installer and got the message that all files are transferred successfully.
But then could not create file.
This means that IP config is ok. But I have no clue what I am doing wrong or maybe I should ignore this message?

- DHCP refreshed
- using 1.3 installer

maybe there is another way to transfer file via FTP, which files then and where?
