For people that have problems with internal hard disk drives...

I found this info on an other forum.

Sigma chipset support IDE interface converted in SATA 1 by chip Marvell 88SA8052-NNC2, if you use SATA 2 disks must set on the disk swith for SATA1 limit.

I don't think that's actually true, the first HDD that I tried that didn't work was a SATA150 one.
