Bets ftp for skins?

I 'normally' use fireFTP (Firefox addon) as an FTP client. But when copying skins over to the DM - where you have multiple nested directories, it does not skip the leading directory, so you can have the same directory twice/ or an error- dir already exists.
What do people use for ftp and especially for above situation?

What image and what skins?
Get it wrong and your box will not boot.

With Nab I just download skins directly from green panel...

I download from the green panel also but I have had a couple of boot up problems both resulting in an image replacement.

Can an image be rescued if crashed from say a skin change and how to please if possible?

/etc/enigma2/settings
contains the last skin to be used:-


config.skin.primary_skin=BrushedA lu-HD/skin.xml

so - you can change the line for one that works & re-boot.

solved the ftp - used filezilla, it copies directories across properly!
