Are there any AZBox HD DVB-T2 Tuner available any where to buy now?

On thier EU site there is a mention of "DVB-T2/T (DVB-T from the factory)" but most sites sell the tuner as DVB-T and are out of stock and is the DVB-T2 tuner compatible with Freeview HD to be lunched in uk?

Thanks.:respect-048:

No idea... is it HDMI 1.3 or only HDMI 1.1? With OpenSat lies one never knows for sure... they said it was DVB-T2 and HDMI 1.3 but I cannot believe it after PCMCIA and Twin tuner scams...

Probably AzBox is HDMI 1.1 with DVB-T only switching tuner and no Diablo support (rev 3).

You won't get any DVB-T2 tuners. At least not this year.

There are no manufacturers yet with any production DVB-T2 equipment until at least the new year.

I doubt if Opensat will have anything even next year.

At the moment only 3 countries that I know of including UK will have DVB-T2 in 2010, so the market is probably too small.

They are advertised on a well known Spanish sat site. But it's not from our own sponsor so you'll have to work it out yourself. It's a very popular download site for plugins:respect-048:
