I sort of understand where you're coming from shan. i too wondered why this one channel seems to get special treatment when there are hundreds of other channels out there.

you have to understand that in this world,English is not the only language spoken
TV globo international it is a brasilian television for people living in Europe
you find that tv globo it use to be part of the portughese package of tv cabo 30 west and i guest it still is,but if I remember well tvglobo use also viaccess encryption,and nagra of course.
so if you not into other languages this tv is not for you.
