DVD burner problem on DREAMBOX

Hello,

I have DREAMBOX 8000 HD,PVR DVD.

I am having problems with the DVD burner. My DVD burner is not working,when I try to burn something,it tells me that I have software problem.
I use NABILO ENIGMA 2 software.
DVD player is working fine.

Can anybody tell me what to do,how to make DVD burner work?
I am new into the DREAMBOX, and I would appreciate any kind of help.
