Hi

Forgive me if this is in the wrong section, but i would really like a good quick answer if you are able to help me.

I have tried to update my TM6900HD Super Combo with the latest soft-ware to 703p. I am not sure if this has totally corupted my STB.

Firstly, when I use my USB stick and go to Data Transfer - File List, there is no Green Download option and softcam file will not appear (can't be seen). Yet I know its on my USB stick I can view it on my laptop.

Secondly, Some channel transponders appear not there. ie. If I set my LNB setting to 09.750/10.600 digitv 1w is fine but TV1000 and Private Spice has no signal at all from its trasponder. If I change the LNB settings to 09.750/10.750 TV1000/Private Spice are good but no signal at all for Digitv

I have been three days trying to sort this out with out any Joy. I done several Factory resets and used TM's goback soft-ware and tried serveral different patchers, nothing seem to solve my problems.

Now I just do not know what else to do.

Can anyone help

Have you checked your dish ?
it may be off alignment slightly this would explain why various channls are not working ?
have you any other reciever to check signal levels etc.. ?
have you tried doing a full sat scan aswell to see if all channls are found via scan on that sat your struggling with ?

In the main menu do you see the Technomate Logo? Yes: you have loaded the official firmware
load the patch for Super from here (https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showpost.php?p=676824&postcount=6) <= click here

If you don't have the Technomate logo: the USB stick is not formated in fat32 (https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=111179) <= click here

If you have a standard universal lnb the frequency is: 9750/10600 the transponder should be 12723 H Symbol Rate 27500 Fec: auto use PID search feature to check or add that transponder to the sat location

once you have verified all transponders are in place: use auto navigation to scan for TV channels: don't use blind search.
