nice one russel m8.ian.

one thing i dont understand though m8 is that this version is 804 and the last one i had was 901,surely a higher number is a later version?

also this file was smaller too which suggests less postcodes in it?

It looks like they have started to number the postcode versions to correspond with the map version number as the latest maps are v840.****. Also in the past the file sizes have varied - sometimes bigger & sometimes smaller.

have you had 7 digit postcodes before?

if so you will find a folder called Zip,this new file just goes in there.
if you have not used them before then you will have to add a folder called Zip and then place the postcode file into it.ian.

When you open the downloaded zip file you should then have folder named ' zip ' with the 2 postcode files in it. Copy this folder straight onto the root of your Tomtom.

Sorry Russ just seen your post in the main TT forum.
Anyway it's now a direct d-load from here so it will save going to mega.
