black channels

hi lads ive 3 questions to ask
1st i have dm500s with gemini 4.60 non **** image ccam 2.1.3 and full sky subs and full entitlements but a few of my channels are black such as sky3.discovery home+health,nick jr2,clubland tv,3e any ideas as to why this is happening
2nd should i be able to get teletext on this im having no joy at the moment thanks any help will be appriciated

try and re-scan the satellite or load new channel list!
Might not be anything to do with card!

As for teletext most have gone digital and I think you can only get with official freesat and sky recievers!
