then some one that has the answer and should help, but if it is Sega2/3 then is not possible, and being here in Europe Almost none get that bird.

Otherwise instead of movig to Africa , buy GIANT DISH, over 6 M and you may have a chance to receive signal from that satellite

now can you tell me what files i need and unlocker or programmer to open it
its not seca 2/3 its mediaguard encryption
it can be hacked since they havnet changed the system here

Funny enough I have always wondered if canal Horisons is able to be opended as I visit Nigeria and Ghana once ever couple of years and im due a vist next month, Ive put up dishes for friends out there but mainly for the pay as you go network MYTV on 68.5E and HItv/Dstv on 36E,
Iv promised to put up some dishes in a freinds bar in Ghana in feb and was also wondering weather Canal horisons would be watchable by simply tunning it into a technomate receiver and seeing if the AU feature would find the keys.
I beleive and am almost certain that canal horisons broadcast in secca 1
But the keys have not been public for years and years, and as such i am not sure if it would work, im also wandering weather a Vplug on a DVB system would find these keys, if so it might be worth me taking a laptop with my old usb skystar 2 and trying that way.

Like you im very interested in seein if this network can be opended as this network looks like the only remotly possible one where you may be able to get free premiership in west africa.
