Recording to USB [Archive]

I am on firmware .4075 and recording to USB stick results in picture freezing after afew minutes (standard SD channel).Was having better results with recording 0n .3911 but also that was a hit or miss afiar.

Which firmware do you guys suggest and used that's best for recording to USB sticks.

With the USB limitation with azbox I guess you might always have problems with USB sticks unless its a very fast one.
You will have better results with a USB HDD.

My m8 says that recording [even of HD channels] works fine with FW 3877 onto Verbatim USB HDD 250GB. So, for you, guys, it's back to the future.... :D

Thanks goran and FME, will try .3877 tonight as the flash drive is more than fast enough for SD recording.
