hi all just bought a western digital passport 500gb i have connected it up to my tm 6900 super but cant get it to reconise it any help will be great thanks :respect-053:

Hi den123,

I bought the same WD Hard drive and plug into the back of my Technomate 6900 super and had no problems.

The WD just worked for me, have you tried again or just the once.

There are threads around on this if you look or just go to the Technomate web site it tells you there.
