No audio on some channels

Although I get audio on most channels I sometimes lose it on Sly Disney, music and film channels. I then find they are OK the following day but I am then losing the audio on other channels. Today I have no audio on some Disney channels, BBC and ITV FTA channels. I have tried the Audio button on the remote and gone into the menu to change the A/V settings but still no luck. The problem exists using both scart and HMDI. Can anyone offer any advice please?

what are you running on your box ?

I'm running Nabilosat Enigma2 Black Hole - DM800 v0.12. I have had my box for about 6 weeks and the problem has been occuring in the last 2 weeks. Should I download the latest drivers then?

I have installed the latest driver - turned the box off and back on but I still have the same problem. Do I need to reboot completely?
