Parental lock dm800 image help! help

i have a problem with parental lock.
in 7000:
parental lock is on: xxxchannels on all services is NOT in all services list
parental lock is off: xxxchannels is in list !
in 800 HD enigma2: not possible. services always active in list !!
I tried Hide parameter in dreamedit but the is the service hide and not reacting on parental lock. Please help.
how can i let the services react on parental lock??

I used all images already with enigma2 ... no one works

is there a patch or file to help?

My parental lock works fine in e2 images I've tried... Have you ensure that you've enabled the password, and actually set a password on your box? During the setup phase, it'll ask you if you want to enable the parental lock. Choose yes, and it'll ask you to set a password...

There is somewhere to set it through the setup menu iirc. Just can't remember where exactly...

Mines also works fine with Gemini although the little padlock doesn't show up . The only problem I have is that I can't seem to activate the parental lock on recorded movies . Easily done on my ol' 7020 but I can't find the option on the 800 ?

thanks for the answer. The parental lock works fine but the channel still appears in the all services list (red buton). Can you tell me if the channals are there.
I see them also and parental lock works ( he ask for a code) but they are stillvisable . I dont want to see them... is that possible?

I'm not an expert (yet!:)) on Gemini , but I don't think so . Why don't you just rename the service to something different using DreamBoxEdit ?

i did use hide paramater but it is difficult because then they are totally gone and sometimes i want to see them :respect-047:

I think it is not possible to use it like the 7000 in the past. Parental lock on= channels gone, parental lock off= channels available.

use dreamboxedit and rename the channels you want to lock - to eg./ service1 , service2 ... etc

on enigma1 this is possible to do by remote , but for enigma2 you need to use dreamboxedit . i did that for jetix for example on 13E as the channel is called 10722H . now i got the proper name in my channel list .
