Premium keeps crashing

My Azbox Premium keeps on crashing at the start of a movie (approx. after mnutes). After a hard reboot and skipping to the point of the crash everything works fine.

At first I thougt it was the insertion of subtitles. This helps a lot. But the crashes keep on coming.

It doesn't matter what type of MKV i play with my highspeed USB-drive.
Anyone else has this problem?

BTW I did several 'clean installs'.

yep seems to be a problem with mkv files

Well, it is also on HD channels. I already stopped the last MultiCAS. That improves a lot. Now the box crashes in standby modus.

Can it be the internal HD?

Titles of MKV's doesn't matter. It is with all of them, after 5-10 minutes.

Also, before the crash, the screen flickers (like the resolution is changing) and then 2 seconds later a complete crash.
