Parent control problem on nab12

Ok when i goto watch certain channel i get the parent control box come up
wanting a pin code **** .

Now i haven't got a clue how this has happened, maybe kids have been fiddling??
I have no idea what pin is either.

Is there anyway i can turn this off or reset password???

I've gone into parent control in set up and
get the same box wanting 4 digit code??

Now would i be better of factory resting or completly loading a new image
if theres no other way or reseting 4 digit code?
