12341H Jazeera sports and 11843 Rotana channals no signal.
any suggesttions?

It's ok because Arabsat at 26°E is actually two satellites (Badr4 & Badr6) with two completely different beams .
In London you can only receive Badr4 as you can see here:

Badr 4 at 26.0°E (BSS beam)
