AZBox and Internal card reader

I would like to find out if there are some special steps which need to be done if I want to use internal card reader. I have installed Multicas but when I insert my original card (Skylink) into the card slot it is not recognized. It says UNKNOWN card (0000), Card is working because I use it in the same box but in the CAM module - when I insert card there it starts working right away.
I installed Multicas directly via Internet into the AZBOX and it looks working...
Any idea what should I do?

+1 I had same problem few months ago, and turning card helped :)
