Tuner stopped working

Just stopped no signal now at all, put another sat box in worked perfectly so not the dish or cable etc... the settings have not changed on the db800 my box is about 18months old bought from the sponsor

any ideas

its been on a laptop cooler from day one, as I live in Spain the box is always cool.

Have you taken the top off to check that the tuner is fitting correctly ?

All working now, took top off, took tuner out, blowed on it, blowed inside db casing, put it all back together and now it works.
