lnb fault

ok this is going to seem very weird
when i turn my tm6800super on the front panel displays faulty lnb
and locks up the reciever.but my sammy 9500 works fine with the same lnb.if i loop out from my sammy to my tm then the tm works but only if sammy is switched on to a channel.if i turn sammy off the lnb fault is displayed on front panel again.so this morning i hung out of my third floor window and changed the lnb.connected new lnb to tm every thing seemed fine when to scan for channels and lnb fault appeared again
but sammy works fine.so i tried the communial dish thats installed on the block of flats for sky,sammy works fine,tm did same thing lnb fault flashing on front display.3 lnb's cant all be faulty so as anyone got any ideas,as always your help much appreciated

Hi Mister-t, i would imagine the fault is with your tm6800
maybe no voltage going out, its the common denominator
in all this.

thanks for the reply,i e-mailed tm and they told me to send the reciever back for repair so ive sent it off and hopefully will get it back soon all sorted,not the same using my sammy
