i have an audi car with built in sat nav, UK but want a new map of western europe. Is there a way to upgrade to this map similar to tomtom units.

i.e. can i download the map and activate to work

I assume the maps are stored on a CD/DVD somewhere in the car?

If so, do a search and you will find a download of the updated map disk, normally an ISO, and you will need to burn it with CloneDVD I think, set to the slowest speed. You have to use good quality disks too.

yes your right map on cd in car, can't find any torrents for maps though
