Has 23e gone?

Mt TM6900HD super was patched and opened 23e channels. I loaded the new predator files with caution as the old preds used to make 23e freeze. I reported that the problem seemed to be fixed when I went back to the dragon to get the latest files not available on patch.
Last night 23e was black??
Strange that it was OK when I first used the pred.
Has it gone??

23°E received fta from all 3 satellites there.
7.13p still opens K D
in case of conflict did you switch of emu? 2 0 0 4 on system information?

No, I will try that. trange that it worked when I first loaded the pred file but not now? (I was referring to the KD channels)

have you loaded 7.13p and its new addon? my knowledge on pred and dragon = 0, don't you have a way of excluding these for K D somewhere.
Perhaps someone with knowledge on these 2 can step in and shine some light on this issue?
