audio description help?

i have a 6900 super and have installed new patch but keep getting an audio discription what watching a recording, how do i turn it off please

i've done it before but forgotten in my old age

use audio button on remote and select english

thanks but i don't think i explained correctly, when i was watching a program i recorded yesterday, during the program it keep giving me running commentry like for example (john opens the door or paul looks puzzled or dave looks out of the window) etc i tried the audio button but that seemed ok

that is what it is, BBC and some others do have this, one normal audio track and one as you describe, the normal one is mostly labeled English, the second one just audio, I think, can't check it now. Don't know if you can change that while recording the channel?
