Re Install everything from Scratch, personally i prefer a cvs image on the flash, like the OoZooN .
PS: Don't Forget, to format your usb stick on the Pc first.

The crash logs will stay until you delete them.
They will be stored on your HDD as default.
Just delete them or send to DMM.

dony know if its just me or anyone else feel the same .
when i first got the dm 8000 i flashed oozoon image onto internal memory and the picture quality was great but since i have flashed nabilo multiboot to internal memory and ran oozoon from ext usb picture quality does not seem as good i have reflashed the oozoon image to internal memory and still no change in picture quality i have now gone back to nabilo meoboot and runing oozoon from ext usb. is it poss that i have put bugs into box ??? what would be the best way to reflash and start from fresh ie making sure that everything is erased is ther an original image i could flash and what would be the best way to do it

Just stick with OoZooN (IMHO); no multi-boot. either use the stable or experimental image - experimental is better.

This is a change introduced to all images with the latest cvs
You will also notice it does not ask for 50 or 60hz anymore.
This is normal now as most of use use software manager to back up settings so this just installs them for you when you flash a new image.

Check your:
Satellite position is eurobird 1 (what ever your satellite xml file says it is 28.2 or 28.4 or 28.5)
Also service type is 1 (TV)
To add that text to your lamedb file (/etc/enigma2/lamedb) you need to use a text editor like editpad lite (free) and add it to the file any where you like, I added mine at the bottom.
If you cant get it to work use dreamset to download the channel lists if you like.
