On my second 90 cm dish (NE England) - 4 LNBS - 5.0 W/0.8 W/4.8 E/9.0E.

I can pick up nearly all of 9°E, albeit at around 50% SNR on my DM800.

However, i get no signal from any of the Hello HD transponders, either from a manual search or channel list?

Any reason why?

I've got the correct transponder details m8 - 0 channels found & 0% SNR from the channel list.

Thanks.

12034.00 V DVB-S2 (8PSK) - 27500 3/4
see you fill the (8PSK) in your manual search and network scan as ON.

That's what i'm trying m8, SNR - 0%, AGC - 99%, BER - 0%.

I've never been able to pick up any of this package from the day the dish was put up.

i think 0.8 W is the primary LNB on the 4 LNB set up.

If i switch over to KabelKiosk on 9 deg east, i get 50% SNR, AGC - 96%, but BER is 9529!

I get high BER rates off the 3 satellites, other than 0.8 W which is fine.

Maybe they were not alligned correctly in the first place?

In mean, most of 4.8 E i can't pick up as well.

Definitely dish or lnb alignment or your line of sight. At your location you should get good signal with
60 cm dish for 9°E — Eurobird 9A
Elevation angle: 26.6°
LNB Tilt (skew): 7.3°
True azimuth: 167.3°
Magnetic azimuth: 170.1°

90 cm dish for 5°E — Sirius 4 (Astra 4A), nordic beams: outside footprint
Elevation angle: 27°
LNB Tilt (skew): 4.5°
True azimuth: 172.2°
Magnetic azimuth: 175°

48 cm dish5°W, Atlantic Bird 3 Ku-band Super Beam
70 cm dish5°W, Atlantic Bird 3 Ku-band Wide Europe Beam
Elevation angle: 27.1°
LNB Tilt (skew): -2.5°
True azimuth: 184.4°
Magnetic azimuth: 187.2°

multifeed holder should tilt 1° degree up on the left side if you look towards the dish
