Try Cleaning the chip on the card, then erase card, program the flash and the eprom and it should be ok, it will work in the embedded if it is viaccess or you can use any viaccess enabled cam.

that's correct i can confirm that
JSC 1/8 not 9/10 =====ART Mezzo all ok
embeded via card reader echostar 3600/via
use cass 2 or 3 erase card load pic and eeprom progam the card
tested myself and all ok
put the chip upward in the receiver embeded via ,if you get error while programming insert the card again then erase,in some cases clean the card,it should work ok

CS8.7 gave error also but card is reconized by CCcam 2.11

I use cass 3 cs 8.7 and i can confirm it progamm ok
either you got a card with a corropted chip or it is not clean
reinsert the card a few times until it reconise the chip before you progamm, erase a few times,it should work
and less you are doing some thing wrong

Still i get error or aborted when i try burning , and i try it to clean and erase .
Im not gettin error or aborted when i chose to not verify during the programming but its not workin in the reciver. Im usin the pic as flash as i cant use extern eeprom.
Ive try it whith two goldcards and get the same result.

Im usin the pic as flash as i cant use extern eeprom.

There are two files...

eeprom.hex must go in External EEPROM, the other .hex file goes in PIC flash memory. Without both, it will not work.

If you are using CAS Studio 8.7, make sure both files are .hex, .bin will not work.

well im not changin the picfile from hex to another its the same and i use them both.

Not what I was getting at - some versions of the files have an eeprom.bin instead of eeprom.hex

Anyway, when I insert Goldcard, I see CAS Studio 8.7 config as

watchdog - off
power up - on
protection - off
oscillator - xt
ID - empty

Any help?

If not, perhaps you have a dud card.:frown:

If you are refering to this goldfile https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=124989 there are two files to use..
ART_GOLDPIC.hex into PIC and ART_EEPROM.hex into Ekst.eeprom on your programmer.
