Goes of after a second. Anybody else have this problem. Mpeg1 and 3402 are my settings.

ITVHD fine for me on optical out.

Solved, needed to turn off dolby dig over hdmi for my TV. BBC HD still defaults to audio descriptive though, very annoying.
