It's been a bit on and off like this for the last month or so... maybe it's hosted on an ISP server and the 'free' bandwidth is being used up by the guide's popularity. It will be back, but it's a bit hit and miss at the moment.

In the meantime, thanks for the other links, and there's always the official JSC website tv guide in Arabic...

You just select EN top left to change to English and all is good.
