help with no-ip please

im setting up my no-ip account on my dreambox and have put in most of my details but im unshure what to put in the ystem box at the moment i have put in default@no-ip but it must be wrong?any help please

your account name (usually your email addy that you login to the no-ip site with)

your alias (the name you chose for your no-ip account)

your password(the password you chose when you created your no-ip account)

seconds to refresh is just how long between updates.(mines set at 300 which is 5 mins)

Your DNS host is in this format: anything.no-ip.org

"anything" is the name you chose when you set up your no-ip account.
