TM6900Combo weird remote action!

My TM 6900 remote won't allow me to add a new transponder in Advance Search. When I get to the Add TP menu and as soon as I type in the first number in the Transponder section it switches back to the main menu!

Anyone have any ideas how to get it back to normal?

no, try adding a transponder in PID search? Otherwise use the channel editor on the computer to clean out your transponders:

Is it that my transponder list may be full. I never thought that would happen.

We don't have a clue what the limit is on transponder usage. You can only have 10.000 channels. Could also be that transponder is already in the sat location? Could check by Satellite setup if it is already there.
Or did you try to add a C-band transponder on a Universal LNB?

I've had this happen to me Diarmiud.
you just need to go through your transponder list because if like my 6900 you may have old unused transponders on there which come up with no signal, just delete them to create ome space.

Not the remote but as you pointed out the transponder list was full. Deleted some transponders on 30West then was able to add one on 16East.
