Hi, has SIC on 16E just gone ?
I read they are having problems.

He is still there Freq:12736/V/3703 in DVB on 16east.

just found out still on air:
it is not transmitting from Eutelsat W2M. It is transmitting from Eutelsat Sesat (16.0E) with the same parameters. These satellites are a little out of position, when I have W2M on the motorized dish I can not receive Eutelsat Sesat or Eurobird 16A(16.0E). These are a few clicks of position East or West, adjusting the dish on that transponder: you should be able to find SIC International
