I've been looking for the western europe (or western and central europe) map for it but seems there are 2 versions 1 for the rider and 1 for the better models.

russ i cant get the **** into this map when i run bbs to extract **** it says no **** found ,tried to passte with notepad bu wont let me paste,please explain how i can get **** into maps thanks,,ken

hi russ the link is just a **** file no map,tried to add **** in bbs but says already exists do want to overright ,seected yes but still no joy can you send me map with **** loaded ..thanks....ken
just looked at file russ reads as **** only is there something i must do so bbs reconises it as a map,sorry if i seem a bit thick russ but i am just learning ..thanks ..ken

Ken - the last link I posted for you is just for the ME TA file, you should either be able to us it with the keygen, or use the info on it to edit the file with the keygen.
If you still have problems PM me your DeviceID & confirm it's the UK & RoI v845.2645 map you are using & I'll try to generate the .DCT file you need to activate the map.
What version of Navcore are you using and has it been patched ?
Have a look at the guide I've posted & try using Albert's activation tool from the guide.

Hey Russ,

This get a little cofusing as we are all ****arding you with questions for different versions & hardware of tom tom devices and pda`s.
I know this maybe a simple question but i use my tom tom every day for work and dont wanna fry it !!!

Its a tom tom one version 3 and i wanna update my maps as they have never been done since i boughrt the thing. Which map file do i need and where do i puit it ???

Safest option for you aabs is to use Tomtom Home to update the navcore on your Tomtom & then see the guide I've posted here -
https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=104228 on how to patch your Tomtom, you can then add the UK & RoI v845.2647 map & then activate with the same tool from the above link.
Alternatively you could try using a S/E version of Navcore (already patched) v8.204 or higher & then try using the v845.2645 map which has ALQ & IQ Routes.

hi russ cant get map 845.2645 to work on my v2 tt one using patched navcore 8.204,when using keygen in bbs tools says map activated, but unit says map cannot be used on this device ,map 840 works ok,any help with this,thanks....ken

Should work Ken, don't know of anyone else having problems with it. Could try doing a re-set, if still not working try deleting map & then add map & re-activate it. If still not working PM me your DeviceID & I'll try to make a .dct file for you.
What was the previous map version that you had working ?
If you tried to copy your old mapsettings.cfg file to new map folder - try it without this file.
