I have a technomate 6900hd standard and have installed 690p patch also have installed in the card reader slot a active white freesat card.
I get a picture but it locks for two or three seconds every ten seconds
and some time I lose the signal .
The card was activated in spain and I do not have the serial number of
the box.
ANY THOUGHTS REGARDS DIXNOD.
you need that number, it is paired with the card.

my freesat white card works channel 4 no probs without box number, but its in TM6800
you don't need a card for Channel 4, have this without that card = FTA. Channel 4 HD is another matter are you having that one. Just with the that card and patch 690p? 6800 and 6900 are very close? perhaps the correct patch?

I got the 690P patch and I use my blue freesat card and I get 4HD- infact watching countdown now.
The boxkey my TM is paired to is my subbed card so I can get the premium channels and not the blue one I use for 4HD etc

Attention giga
the fault is still the same
it is the quality that varies
thanks.
On multi feed 1 meter dish: Level 93% 78% - 79% rock steady here, can't open it no card.
on eurobird 28.5°E 11.222 H SR 27500 93% - 94% quality 65%
if your in UK you should have similar values?

11798h 83 76 quality but the sig varies down to nil and up to76%. dish to be realigned may fix problem in the future.
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP . DIXNOD
check your cable and connectors?
is your dish or dish arm flexing in the wind?
Has a telecom company started using a new transmitter in your area?
or have you started using new wifi equipment near your sat cable or box?
Check skew on lnb to?
Are you in UK and what size of dish are you using?

do you have other receiver (friend, family, ...) to check if it is a receiver problem or possible LNB? If you excluded the other possibilities (GSM, WiFi)
