can the plus record two channels at same time?

hi guys,

im still unsure if you get the plus model, with 1 tuner, can you record 2 channels of the same transponder?

OR

if its ordered with 2 tuners, can you record a) two channels from one transponder and watch one back at the same time,

OR

b) record two channels from two different transponders.....?


what are the options....\ limitations>

It's only possible to record 1 channel, and look another channel at the same transponder, or all channel, what you have on the other tuner.

Right I have 2 sat tuners installed in my premium plus.
First tuner (A) on motorised usals
Second Tuner (B) on disescq switch for 2 fixed dishes on astra2 and Thor.

Are you telling me I can't record on second tuner B whilst watching first tuner A?

i.e. record BBC1 on tuner B whilst watching footie on hotbird on tuner A?

Hope I can eitherwise it's getting sold on fleabay!
