cannot clear JSC sports on 13 east ,,any ideas latest software loaded into my Icecrypt S2000CCI ???

BTW I have turned all the Autorolls " on "


Still cannot clear JSC SPORTS, can anyone give me a definitive answer on this ?

am i wasting my time trying to clear these channels ?
