Cron job

I have set up a cron job in KGDPanell and doesn't work.
Cron just not starting. I set files to 755, but stil nothing.

I'm also looking at getting this working and having the same problem.
I get if I run the script manually.

killall: crond: no process killed
===> Activando crond...
': File existscreate directory '/tmp/cron
mkdir: cannot create directory '/tmp/cron/crontabs': No such file or directory
crontab: chdir(/var/spool/cron/crontabs): No such file or directory

if I'm unable to delete the directory in /tmp
