Dm800 whats the largest hard drive I can fit

I just want to know whats the largest hard drive I can fit to my dm800?

Im looking at buying my 4th hard drive, as none of my others work properly.
Namely maxtor 1.5tb USB, Sea GAte 2tb Esata, and one touch 750gb USB. Check my other threads.

Does any one have a 1 or 1.5tb set up working and stable ? Am i limited to a 500gb ? Should i get a hot swap esata set up?

Any advice would be much appreciated, as so far its cost me about £300 on hard drives im now going to have to sell on **** !!!

Maybe easiest solution would be to get a nas drive, and mount the nas drive? As said in your other thread, my 1.5tb hdd mounts ok now, but is accessed randomly, and sometimes crashes the box (as if the box cannot see it by the looks of it)... But I remember in another thread (https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=123286), someone said they had a 1.5tb esata hdd working no problems.
