Plugin installation erros

Hello,
I am havingthe following error when I am trying to install a plugin it does not mater which way I do it (Using DCC, TElnet, DB pluggins update in the box) also I have changed Images Nabilo and Oozoon can any body point me to the right direction. I am wondering either it is my hardware or the Internet connetion.

The example below is to install Barry Allen but have similar error for all pluggins

Using DCC I get the following error:

1. plugins should be installed via the blue button.
2. ipkg pakages, should be downloaded (from wherever) and put in the /tmp dir
3. ipkg install /tmp/packagename.ipkg

looks like you have the lean version of OoZooN installed??

invalid magic - means that the twistedweb interface isn't installed.
