losing picture when pressing record

hi all when i try to record on my int harddisk WD 250GB i get a black
backround .if i press the channel list i can see the list scrow through it
everything works only no picture even if i stop recording i can t have a picture . until i reboot. any help

Are you using a scart or HDMI cable?

What is your setup?
Azbox model, firmware version, which tuner(s) do you have?
Which satellite?
On which channel do you try to record?
Local card, PCMCIA CAM or emu?
Which emu? Which CAM? Which card?

multicas 162c-a03
the problem is when i press record 90% of times the picture goes black
that happens even on a free channel
i down gradded to this firmware as it has the best picture quality
note: i also had this prob on 4585.
tried to record on a USB 16 GB the same prob
