Upload Music/Movies

Hi folks

New to forum and Azbox so please be patient.
How do I upload/download Music/Movies to Azbox Elite? I have the latest daily firmware installed. I have tried Filezilla but keep getting timed out during download, I have tried setting a shared folder on PC to be able to view on box but does not work. I have tried the FTP Client in Azbox, this does not work either (I have put my PC IP dressess and port 21/22).

Can anyone help?

Go to Settings > Network (I think) and check FTP server is enabled.
the user pass for ftp is root/azbox

if you just keep clicking on quickconnect each time it times out it will still transfer full file sometimes have to reboot azbox after download to see file in list
