is definitely fta as I get it on my dm800HD , and have done for about a year now

on freesat its accessed via the red button when its on itv SD

on satellite you have to tune it in , and in the dreambox forum there are a few threads with the details similar to what rabby gave you

its also accessed in "other channels"on most skyHD boxes with the new epg too

in april its going online on various platforms , whereas its usually just when the footie is on at the moment

ITV HD will be appearing soon on the Sky platform.

It is already broadcasting as a test on 10832 H 22000 with it's ident as '10000' derived from it's sid and none of the jiggery pokery is needed to tune in like the freesat channel.

Also now to get on Kathrein U910 with standard firmware.

No subscription needed - just a Freesat from Sky card - one off payment of £20.

Or alternatively...Channel 4 HD has now launched on Freeview to join the platform's already available high definition lineup of ITV1 HD and BBC HD. At present the broadcasts are only available in certain areas, and a Freeview HD receiver or a Freeview HD TV is required.
