irdeto v1.2 card

my m8 has given me an irdeto v1.2 card it has a serial number and its origins are italy acording to my card reader in the technomate 68oo hd any ideas what it was used for and can it still be used , also in my cas3+ programmer what can i use to gain any more info in the card tab part

Probably an old Stream or Telepiu card. Long, long dead. No use at all now. They used to be be fully MOSCable.
Card details can be read with a program like FMcard using 6.00MHz Phoenix interface mode on your CAS3 (with serial cable).
