bugs noticed on BBC HD

can anyone confirm if they can timeshift on BBC HD?

if i try rewinding or timeshift backwards, the thing lags, stutters, and generally can't cope.

also, when i tried changing the audio track using the yellow button, it hung on the audio control screen - requiring a reboot.

Latest firmware, the box has locked up on me in various places on the menus' fuelling my urge to try a octagon firmware.

does anyone know if i did change to the octagon firmware, if i can change the language in the menus to English, or is it all German?

I,ll test BBC tonight (Just on my way out to work :-( ). The language options should be exactly the same as the company would not want to limit their potential markets by omitting languages.Cheers.John

dont worry mate, i sussed out the problem.

from my previous experiment with recording over the LAN, i still had it left on timeshift to laptop.

obviously timeshfiting an HD channel over a wireless network, it simply couldn't cope.

(and i imagine thats why the audio response was laggy too)
